Alfred Reed Bishop and Doris William Butler

The picture above is the very tap root of Bishop's Homegrown/Face Of The Earth Seed. My grandparents shortly after moving to Pekin Indiana from Greensburg KY in 1947 where they purchased the farm that is now Bishop's Homegrown. This picture was taken in Pekin in front of the old co-op next to the old railroad depot, neither of which exist today.

New Alan Kapuler Interview.

Dr. Kapuler recently sent me a link to this new interview with him. Be sure to check it out, as always filled with wonderful insights from the mind of a brilliant man who has made a real difference in the course of history.

Parts one and two are also available via youtube which I will embed below:

He certainly an awesome guy, and i appreciate what he's doing. But, i'm not sure what point he's trying to make about the BT corn. From the research i've done, HFCS causes diabetes and destroys the liver even without any BT residues. It's the Fructose thats only the liver can process just like alcohol. Except it's more dangerous than alcohol because it doesen't cause a hangover.

There is a great video on youtube called "sugar, the bitter truth" and a medical doctor explains it all in horrifying detail that any person (even scientists) can understand.

Having said that though, i hope he continues to do more interviews and videos and publishes more of his work.

I think it's just his manner of speaking more than anything else. I have the same issue, I try to point out all the possible problems in one single statement and it sometimes sounds like I made a rash judgment. I think he was simply pointing out BT as being another level to the complications inherent with large scale agriculture as opposed to linking it to HFCS. That would just be my guess though. Perhaps we will be lucky enough for him to reply here. Good to hear from you by the way!
