Of course when the house of cards starts to fall those who live within the house walls will throw up whatever they can to keep it from falling.

What do I think of the image? I think they got it all wrong. You want to paint Obama as he really is, use the Batman. After all, here is the Batman in the movie the Dark Knight percieving himself as upholding the law all the while breaking the very rules and laws he has sworn himself to protect, engaging in conspiracy, and pretending to be a hero. That my friends is what Obama does.

Now, while the Joker is portrayed as a psychopathic killer in the movie and the comic, the truth is that many of the ideas presented in the character of the joker are more akin to the way that patriots are feeling these days........after all it is their engineered economy that is collapsing and it is our system of cheap and free bartering and self sufficiency that so throws a monkey wrench in their plants....."It's not about the money, it's about sending a message." A profound and true statement if ever one did exist, an utterance that gives birth to new ideas, a seed that has been planted.

Let me ask you something. How far away do you think this world is away from someone painting up their face and pulling the same stunts as the Joker? Only this time those whom we know as bankers, those who are corrupt politicians, and those behind the scenes animating the corspe of what was known as the U.S. will represent the mobsters from the movie.

While they try to paint this up as a send up against the militia movement (nothing wrong with militias in the first place!) they wholeheartedly group libertarians and their supporters into the same category and liken constitutionalists to terrorism, paint us as racist and anti-semetic, and throw in the old New World Order "conspiracy" believers (such as myself) for good measure and lay at our feet the responsibility for terrorist attacks within the U.S. while also publishing a brief section on logos used by libertarians/militias or as they term it supposed "terrorists" including some of the most patriotic and historic symbols of the American Revolution, the Gadson, Culpepper, and Navy Jack flags!

Not only this but they go on to list Alex Jones and Aaron Russo produced media as terrorist inspiring literature and make the jump that the Turner Diaries is touted amongst libertarians.

While I am sure there are some fringe white supremacist and anti-Semitic groups who believe they are part of the solution they are by no means accepted by or associated with widely the growing libertarian and sovereign states and peoples movements.

This is propaganda and nothing more and just more proof of the prison state we are becoming. Suddenly if you believe in small government and personal liberty and the constitution and founding fathers you are to be watched at all times and never trusted. Do these idiots who publish such information not realize that this is the equivalent of the first shot fired in the coming citizen revolution? You can't step on the toes of the citizens of this nation and turn them into monetary and subservient slaves to the big bank backed federal government and not expect what is happening to happen. Shit is getting scary!

In other news some friends and I are getting some interesting IP hits via stat counter due to our coverage of the new comprehensive farm regulatory bill that we posted about along with our continuing coverage of other agricultural related farm bills and injustices. It still bears questioning to me though why The Lockheed Martin corporation continues to record information from blogs all accross the net, I have caught them on this blog on three separate occasions using three separate IP addresses, all of which I have blocked, the visiting times are only long enough to take a digital snapshot of the page and information posted here. Remember, these assholes never forget who their working for and it ain't you, the open minded, free thinking, freedom loving, patriotic American who questions the direction of the future that we are headed into.

H5N1 Accidentally Contaminates Flu Vaccine????

I'm sure the live H5N1 virus just accidentally contaminated a flu shot put out by a huge American Pharmacutacal company called Baxter. Why don't we hear the governments of the world and the media screaming "bio-terrorism"? Why is this company even still operating? What the hell is wrong with this world?

Anyhow, have those of you who are "awake" been paying attention to this H.R. 875?


Sort of a curious bill is it not? After reading it and doing a google search I came up with this from another site:

Pay special attention to

* Section 3 which is the definitions portion of the bill-read in it’s entirety.
* section 103, 206 and 207- read in it’s entirety.

What it Does:

* Legally binds state agriculture depts to enforcing federal guidelines effectively taking away the states power to do anything other than being food police for the federal dept.
* Effectively criminalizes organic farming but doesn’t actually use the word organic.
* Effects anyone growing food even if they are not selling it but consuming it.
* Effects anyone producing meat of any kind including wild game.
* Legislation is so broad based that every aspect of growing or producing food can be made illegal. There are no specifics which is bizarre considering how long the legislation is.
* Section 103 is almost entirely about the administrative aspect of the legislation. It will allow the appointing of officials from the factory farming corporations and lobbyists and classify them as experts and allow them to determine and interpret the legislation. Who do you think they are going to side with?
* Section 206 defines what will be considered a food production facility and what will be enforced up all food production facilities. The wording is so broad based that a backyard gardener could be fined and more.
* Section 207 requires that the state’s agriculture dept act as the food police and enforce the federal requirements. This takes away the states power and is in violation of the 10th amendment.


The thing is that this bill is written so vaguely that this could actually apply to us on a local, in-state, and regional level! If they think they are going to pull this shit off, I think they have a rude awakening coming. For those of you who wrote the bill or agree with it, allow me to break it down for you.

-For eight years we lived under a totalitarian government.

-While Obama is enjoying a wave of popularity, his disapproval rating in his first month was alarmingly high along with the number of controversial appointments and ensuing corruption of the cabinet that he has surrounded himself with he has sat himself up for failure.

-We are suffering from the worst economic crisis since the great depression, more and more people are waking up and realizing that this was an engineered crisis and are also coming to the realization that 9/ll, the Iraq war, and the war in Afghanistan are a sham, engineered by some shadow puppeteer who is thirsty for blood.

-People are out of jobs, stocking up for hard times, and some very serious talk of the next American revolution is taking place.

-States are declaring their sovereign rights in your very face.

-You have repeatedly expanded governmental agencies and power into corporate hands and violated states rights.

-How long do you think it's going to last?


This country is ripping at the seams and when it falls, do you really think there will be somewhere in this world where those responsible will be safe? Have you read any history about the French Revolution?

Try and enforce this act on the small and local farms of the United States and see what happens. I think you know. As though we can't read this and tell that Monsanto, Syngenta, Tyson and others are behind it, are you really this stupid?

The question is, since we now know we lived in what amounted to a dictatorship for that long, has anything changed? In responce to my several previous posts regarding the USDA and their corporate GMO monstrosity creating bed partners.....

I got an interesting reply to my previous post from yesterday reprinting the article about the USDA and their "non-issue" with GMO's ending up in the food and seed supply, and believe it or not, this guy actually works for the USDA, even commented on the blog directly from an IP address at the USDA Office of Operations! Is this the official stance? Does "Mr. Richard" (dick for short? or maybe Mr. Short Dick?) represent the majority of the USDA it when it comes to this issue. Well for better or worse, here is his response from my comments section:

Yep, that is the plan of attack and yes it works very well. The amount of cross contamination is so small that those times it was caught (small scale) it was by pure luck. The amount of cross contamination is less then the PPM's of animal and fowl waste that enters the food chain naturally, but I don't hear anybody screaming about that.

Fact, except for fish, fowl, and animals there is no food that had not been altered. Yes, we know of the organic farms that raise all natural food. However, the rain and soil do have the chemicals that have been and are still being used and are desposited into the food through the root system or watering from rain.

Finally, the GM food is unapproved only because it has not been submitted to the FDA for approval to market. All strains used by the USDA are subject to testing on animals and humans in labs prior to large scale planting.

So let us break down his "Rhetoric":

My Reply: While I didn't write the article, I'm sure the genes aren't unclassified, however there are many dangers involved in GMO's and their untested appearance in the food market, allergic reactions, transgenic effects of bacteria and viruses on the human system, the soil system, and insect systems drive the dangers of GMO's home for all of us. Starlink corn is all the proof we need, we have that proof. In my book that makes the score Good Guys plus one, Mr. Short Dick 0! :)

OK, after all that, I have to agree, that my friend Glenn had a good response, here it is:

Apparently RJ is not familiar with the Percy Schmeiser case in Canada or the stories about GMO contamination in Mexico's "Cradle of Corn".

Dozens of US and Candian farmers have been forced into settlement or litigation by Monsanto for "illegally" growing GM crops, when the apparent truth is that those farmers fields have been contaminated by pollen from nearby GM crop planted fields or escaped GM seeds that have germinated in or near their fields.

And in Mexico, studies conducted by Mexican, American, and Dutch researchers demonstrates the presence of genes from genetically modified organisms (GMO) among the varieties of traditional corn cultivated in the remote regions of Oaxaca State in the southern part of the country, even though the Mexican government has always maintained a moratorium on the use of transgenic seed. You can find published versions of those studies in the scientific journals "Nature" and "Molecular Ecology" if you want the nitty-gritty.

I'm willing to accept that RJ may be among the millions of people who have willingly swallowed the pill that fosters the belief that GM crops can feed the world. It's easy to get caught up in the idea that some good may come from development of GM crops...and perhaps some day that will be true.

To the best of my knowledge, the process of development and cultivation of GM crops is done totally without any method of preventing cross-pollination or contamination of other people's fields. There are no mandatory labeling laws for products containing GM ingredients, no mandatory process for preventing contamination of non-GM cultivating farmers crops, and no mandatory testing for presence of GM in food products. In my humble opinion this is essentially the same thing as the USDA or FDA saying "GMO contamination happens, so we might as well let it happen."

You can mince words and call this blog "rhtoric" until you're blue in the face, but all of the spinning in the world can't put this beast back into Pandora's Box.

I am not an absolute opponent of the concept of gene based research. However, I am against doing such research and allowing the products of that research to be introduced into the world at large in an unmanageable and unstoppable way. (I was going to add unpredictable to the preceding sentence, but there are plenty of people who predicted the current situation long before it occurred.)

The very idea of winning over the support of those of us who are skeptical about the motives and motivation of companies like Monsanto by trying to defend their irresponsible practices and the devastating fallout that is occurring from their engineered genetic material escaping into the "wild" is, at the very least, insulting.

And RJ, please don't insult us further by claiming that self-admittedly negligent and overburdened government agencies like the FDA or USDA (that are often staffed by former GM producing company employees) are our watchdogs against the increasingly complex and dangerous issues facing our nation's food supply and food security.

I love blogs too. They make you think and can often times lead you to the truth if you just dig a little deeper than the "rhtoric".

The illegitamacy and moral issues of plant patenting

Recently I was trading some seeds with a friend in Europe who also has an interest in the PVP'ing and Patenting of food crops, traits, and genes. He was interested in the idea that had been thrown around on the Homegrown Goodness forum concerning independent plant breeders and preservationist placing the equivalent of a "creative commons" license on traditional or newly bred varieties that would allow them to remain in the public domain but out of the hands of the Big-Ag.


Herein I reprint his e-mail(s):

1. I might mention that I have for several years edited The Journal of World Intellectual Property and, as a consequence, have some contacts among the world of scholars who address themselves to, among other things, Plant Breeders' Rights, UPOV Protection of Plant Varieties, and Plant Patents. I won't argue about patents with you except to say that, other than the BIG issue of COST, you should perhaps not disregard them for your purposes; they (patents) have been around for more years than the USA and aren't going away. On the other hand, I do think that there are some very practical ways that you and others can perhaps make use of Plant Breeders' Rights to protect what you produce in such a way that it can be used freely but not commercially exploited without your agreement. I'm not sure, but I think so. If you want, I can ask some people or maybe link you up with them. Most of the folks I know are either African or Asian or otherwise sympathetic to "Farmers' Rights" and opposed to patent procedures that "lock in" corporate rights to living organisms, so they would probably know how you can use these laws to advantage.


My reply:
I would be interested in the PVP laws, if only to create a creative commons type license that would keep the variety away from corporations but put no standards or rules on home gardeners and independent and traditional plant breeders. If you can get me some info. on this I would greatly appreciate it my friend!

His Reply:

Secondly, I have done a little dredging through old journals, talking to friends and looking at the Internet and can say a little at this time.
Plant Variety Protection in the US (and in general) requires similar standards as any "patent" : i.e. the variety must be:
- new
- distinct
- uniform; and
- stable
These are the same requirements, by the way, as for a patent.

The distinguishing difference between PVP (which I see on the boards at least one otherwise distinguished commentator calls "Plant Variety Patents") and PP is that "Plant Variety Protection" is available for plants that are, can and will be (may need to be) reproduced by seeds or tubers to retain their uniform and stable distinct characteristics; whereas as Plant Patents are only available for plants that are (and nearly always require to be) asexually (i.e. cloned, divided, "boutured" [sorry, can't think of the English word], etc.] to retain their uniform and stable distinct characteristics.

A PP will cost in excess of US$10-15,000, given gov't fees and legal costs.
A PVP will cost US$5,150, all in gov't fees.

The bottom line, in either case, is that, beyond the rather well-defined limits of either PVP or PP, you simply cannot "protect what you produce in such a way that it can be used freely but not commercially exploited without your agreement", and that I was wrong to suggest that any such option existed.

Consider the "Absinthe" Tomato (assuming it were stable).
- It is not patentable (it is not asexually produced)
- It would, almost certainly be eligible for PVP
- With PVP, you can prevent "X seed company" from selling "Absinthe Tomato" as a
variety if those seeds are derived from yours
- Without "Trademark", in addition to PVP, you could not, however, prevent "X seed company" (by the way, I don't have and never will such a company, this is just an
illustration) from selling "French Absinthe Tomato" based on any other green
tomato seed except yours
- You might possibly (but my legal friends suggest it would be difficult to do so) be
able to prevent Monsanto from introducing whatever the anti-Roundup gene is and
a "Terminator" gene into germplasm from your Absinthe Tomato, and then patenting
this asexually produced seed as "Killer Absinthe Tomato". (Even if you owned a 'trademark'
on "Absinthe Tomato", they suggest that a fight against a corporation such as this would
maybe award you your legal costs and compensation for your time at professional rates.)
- There is not likely to be much difference, I am told, if you hold a patent

Another thought I have (and that has been reinforced by talking to my African and 1 Indian friend) is that what you and most of the folks at "Homegrown Goodness" are looking for and what the corporations are looking for are, like, RADICALLY different. Some of your interests may cross over into the interests of 3rd World Farmers, but even there, the overlap is really small.
- Big agro corps (even the small ones I love, like TerraNova) want PRODUCTS
They want them to supply either:
- customers who want something nifty in their garden that cannot be easily produced; or
- customers who want reliable, MARKETABLE products (note the repetition) for onward sale
- governments or IOs or NGOs who are trying to feed populations in desperation

- 3rd World farmers are looking for seed that will allow them to :
- provide a product to a commercial market
- provide a product to a local market
- feed their families

- "Homegrown Goodness" folks want :
- good nutrition
- good flavour
- freedom from GMOs
- seed-saving capability
- longer-season production
- probably a lot more, because it is more personal

What is interesting here is that the interests of the Agro-complexes and of Juan or N'gebe in southern Colombia or East Nigeria are much more in consonant than are those of the Agro-complexes and the "Homegrown Goodness" folks.
And to refer back to the discussion above, I think that we may "Protest too much".
Most of what the "HG" community wants to develop is of no or limited interest to the ACs and, I am sorry to say, of about the same interest to the 3rd World.
Should any one of us make a breakthrough that would benefit the world, wouldn't we all know it?
And wouldn't we all help pay the fees to guarantee that it was free to all?
Of course, we'd have to accept that 'free for all' would mean that every seed company in the world could print up packages and sell :
"Alan Bishop's Absinthe Tomato".
And that would mean, well, what? Would it really mean what we would want it to mean?

I have MANY more thoughts on this subject, but it would make a LONG letter.
I have to stress that I have NO political/ideological/moral/ethical position whatsoever on the issue. In fact, after several years of working with people on both/all "sides" and a lifelong heritage as a gardener and seed & plant trader, I actually rather think that it is a non-issue in anything but a political/ideological sense; that it really has no practical impact on gardeners or farmers or on non-gardening/farming families that use their good sense and free will; and, therefore, has only minimal moral/ethical content.

Well, since i obviously cannot share your worldview, I hope I can still get seeds!


Anyhow, I thought this was an interesting exchange. Mostly in the way that my friend views such issues as "non-issues", which by all means is his right and I respect that. However, I myself have no interest at all in PVP'ing a variety for profit, only to protect it for other traditional farmers and plant breeders as I can make plenty of money to cover my work from simply growing and selling the produce or starting a traditional seed company and selling the seeds. I do think that the PVP'ing of varieties and traits that are present in traditional crops and varieties and the ongoing PVP'ing of known traditional OP lines is a very big issue for traditional farmers and independent plant breeders and that the battle is very worth fighting, our agricultural heritage is being stolen right out from underneath of us and sold back to us minus our traditional rights to the use of this material and the saving of the seeds.

Today I was browsing another forum on the net and came across this exchange from another user:

Wrong on all accounts! While companies do sink large amounts of money into agricultural varieties there has been more than ample evidence that many new "novel" varieties are nothing more than re-introductions of old and traditional agricultural crops, crops who's traits were raleighed together by traditional farmers and molded into useful agrarian material for generations, sometimes thousands of years, before some jackass in a lab suit decided that it was "novel" and that he could turn a buck from it at the expense of traditional and independent farmers and indigenous people the world over. Even when there is some amount of novel breeding program (in the context of traditional breeding, not GMO "breeding"), most of the time when a patent or PVP is placed on that trait it is a trait that is already common to that particular crop species and effectively attempts to "lock up" that trait from the general gardening public and their ability to save seed from this crop or use it for independent breeding.

Plant breeding has been an ongoing public domain endeavour for at least the last 10,000 years, mostly on a shoestring budget, and didn't become an act of major economic importance in the seed trade until just a couple hundred years ago. The early American seed companies fared well because they existed during a time where they focused on the regions that they served and selected for the traits needed for successful growing in that region, at the same time they were developing new varieties as much for the success of the whole of the region as they were for the monetary compensation from such development, such sentiment remained until the implementation of the sale of unstable F1 varieties (which made purchasing seeds annually much more common) and the expansion into country wide hubs of seed that "do O.K. anywhere as opposed to doing great in a particular "somewhere" ". At some point in time lobbyist learned to manipulate the system to allow the patenting of life, an atrocity in itself, no one owns life or genes, ever, and I dare you to tell me otherwise. Plants and animals are only the beginning, that was testing the water, now human genes are becoming subject to patents, for anyone to think of this as a "non-issue" really gets under my skin.

This is our world. Every living thing on this planet has it's place and it is not yours for the taking and pillage, particularly in regards to sovereign human rights and what I am now calling "the right to free and open traditional agrarian society" or variously "my right to tell the manipulators of the human race to go fuck themselves" (this includes you Monsanto).

Of course once you patent a trait in an open pollinated crop, it's only a matter of time before that trait ends up in your crops, even traits you don't want like genetically modified traits, at which point you no longer own your crop, the owner of the patent then owns you crop, it's called bio-piracy, but unlike their allegations, it is bio-piracy on their behalf, a cheap and easy way to amass money and materials is by the systemic rape and pillage of traditional farmers that get in the way. These people have no morals.

Of course the next step up is GMO, but I think I have ranted enough about the dangers of this particular manipulation. Though I do think and encourage Americans to take up the practice and example of the French and their destruction of GMO crops.


Then came a very interesting Rambling Posting about some Sweet Fingerling Peppers and their concerting origins via the Long Island Seed Project. All in all a good day to think about how screwed up it is to think you "own" life, or genes, or agricultural history.

BTW, anybody else with a blog notice the Lockheed Martin Corporation trolling their blog on a daily basis for time periods only long enough to allow a browser to troll and record data?

New MISSISSIPPI gun law protects gun owners from Martial Law!

The next state to show it's defiance in the face of overstretched federal law is Mississippi, who just passed Senate Bill 2036. A bill which has the express purpose of:

AN ACT TO AMEND SECTION 33-7-303, MISSISSIPPI CODE OF 1972, TO EXPLICITLY RESTRICT THE POWER TO CONFISCATE FIREARMS AND AMMUNITIONS IN AN EMERGENCY; TO PROVIDE EXCEPTIONS; TO ENACT DEFINITIONS; TO AMEND SECTIONS 45-9-53 AND 33-15-11, MISSISSIPPI CODE OF 1972, TO CONFORM; AND FOR RELATED PURPOSES.

Soon the overreaching and illegitimate federal government of the United States will begin to realize that States value their independent rights and will fight for their ability to govern under their sovereign and constitutional rights. Between the Indiana honest money act and this new Mississippi gun law, I have great faith that some states will stand up and fight for the freedom and protection of their people once the "end game" has begun.

I recently came across this blog on the net and realized that I shared quite a bit in common with the blogger political views, little did I realize until yesterday just who the blogger was. In another one of those weird interests crossing over coincidences it turns out that the blogger is none other than Glenn Jacobs, better known to wrestling fans as WWE's Kane. Yeah, that's right, I'm a wrestling dork, it's the best of both worlds, athleticism and drama and believe it or not it takes a lot of talent to make those story lines convincing.

Bill Hicks Last Letterman Performance to finally be televised.

According to the official Bill Hicks Web-Site and his official Myspace page, the final unaired performance of Bill Hicks just months prior to his death from Pancreatic Cancer will air tonight on the the Late Show with David Letterman. Bills mother will also be present for this event. For those who don't know about Bill Hicks, do yourself a favor and check him out. He is a constant source of inspiration to Kim and I and a true free spirit who died far too young. I highly suggest you check this out. If you don't know the history of why this clip never aired back in October of 1993 do a little research on the net.

UK Telegraph Website creating propaganda? Warnings? Fear mongering?

Take from this what you will, personally I find this disgusting and more than a little "weird". Recently the London Telegraph has been under heavy scrutiny due to their posting of some photo galleries depicting London being blown apart by an atomic bomb as part of a terrorist attack.. More recently they posted a secondary photo gallery depicting New York, Washington DC, Portland, Toronto, Mexico City and Los Angeles suffering the same fate. As though this were not enough, in part 3 they post very specific Illuminati propaganda in regards to the North American Union, Homeland Security, and very Nazi-like images of an eagle symbol as well as the Latin phrase “Norvus Ordo Seclorum" (new order of the ages).

If you don't find this in the least offensive, I'm really not sure what else I can say to you in regards to the current direction of our world to really get you to open your eyes and at least take a secondary look at what is going on. Is this a warning? Is this propaganda? Who knows. What I do know is it is disgusting, and the very same folks who dream up this type of bull shit are the types who are running our countries. If something of this magnitude were ever to happen, clearly it wouldn't bode well for anyone, but who would get the blame? Who would deserve the blame is what you need to ask? Any operation of this size would reek of "false flag" propaganda, and yet I wonder, would we as several nations of diverse and unique people question what we see as "reality"?

The Doomsday Seed Vault

In our conversation earlier today Ampetu made me aware of an author by the name of F. William Engdahl who wrote a book entitled "Seeds of Destruction". Many of the topics that William Engdahl (who I was previously unaware of) has written about mirror my thoughts and theories here on this blog. The Buckeye Institute Defends the Manna Storehouse

Ran Across this after hearing an update today on the Alex Jones show and thought I would update everyone.

Columbus - The Buckeye Institute's 1851 Center for Constitutional Law today took legal action against the Ohio Department of Agriculture (ODA) and the Lorain County Health Department for violating the constitutional rights of John and Jacqueline Stowers of LaGrange, Ohio. The Stowers operate an organic food cooperative called Manna Storehouse. ODA and Lorain County Health Department agents forcefully raided their home and unlawfully seized the family's personal food supply, cell phones and personal computers. The legal center seeks to halt future similar raids. The complaint was filed in Lorain County Court of Common Pleas.

"The use of these police state tactics on a peaceful family is simply unacceptable," Buckeye Institute President David Hansen said. "Officers rushed into the Stowers' home with guns drawn and held the family - including ten young children - captive for six hours. This outrageous case of bureaucratic overreach must be addressed."

The Buckeye Institute argues the right to buy food directly from local farmers; distribute locally-grown food to neighbors; and pool resources to purchase food in bulk are rights that do not require a license. In addition, the right of peaceful citizens to be free from paramilitary police raids, searches and seizures is guaranteed under the Fourth Amendment to the United States Constitution and Section 14, Article 1 of the Ohio Constitution.

"The Stowers' constitutional rights were violated over grass-fed cattle, pastured chickens and pesticide-free produce," Buckeye Institute 1851 Center of Constitutional Law Director Maurice Thompson said. "Ohioans do not need a government permission slip to run a family farm and co-op, and should not be subjected to raids when they do not have one. This legal action will ensure the ODA understands and respects Ohioans' rights."

On the morning of December 1, 2008, law enforcement officers forcefully entered the Stowers' residence, without first announcing they were police or stating the purpose of the visit. With guns drawn, officers swiftly and immediately moved to the upstairs of the home, finding ten children in the middle of a home-schooling lesson. Officers then moved Jacqueline Stowers and her children to their living room where they were held for more than six hours.

Such are raids are beyond the scope of the purely administrative authority delegated to ODA and county health departments. In enforcing licensure laws, these agencies are only permitted to contract for routine enforcement services. Forceful raids and sweeping searches and seizures are not routine, and exceed the authority granted to ODA and county health departments.

The Buckeye Institute seeks an injunction against similar future raids, and a declaration that such licensure laws are unconstitutional as applied the Stowers and individuals like them.

There has never been a complaint filed against Manna Storehouse or the Stowers related to the quality or healthfulness of the food distributed through the co-op. The Buckeye Institute's legal center will defend the Stowers from any criminal charges related to the raid.

April Gallup: 9/11 victim moves forward with legal action.

Finally a victim of 9/11 is moving forward with conspiracy/complacency charges against the people who very well know they were at fault in this incident.

Retired army officer April Gallup is suing Dick Cheney and Donald Rumsfeld and former US Air Force General Richard Myers who was head of the Joint Chiefs at the time of the 9/11 attacks along with ten John Does who were alledgedly connected to the attacks.

I urge you to check out this article, do some research, and please help keep this in the limelight on the internet as we know that no major media is going to cover this story, if this case can keep from being dismissed and moves to the dicovery stage the totalitarian government that we are living under will no longer be able to scare us and rape us of rights and liberties because the U.S. people will for the first time as a majority stand up against these tyrants and begin questioning all of their policies, including the current economic collapse.

I've been reading with much interest over the past few months about the interweaving of Millitary Authority with that of public law enforcement. Most recently NorthCom made the mistake of revealing that for the first time since the civil war that there would be active millitary on U.S. soil with access to both lethal and non-lethal weapons which will be used int he event of a "terrorist" attack, natural disaster, and to quell civil disorder, yeah, that's right, weapons and millitary authority used on U.S. Citizens.

The first reports mentioned one brigade, but more recently 20,000 troops have been announced as a pressence in the U.S. by the year 2011. Yesterday California saw the first of these troops hit the streets in a "Training Excersize" with the California Highway Patrol, complete with military law enforcement officers and vehicles stationed at so called "check points".

By now you have clearly probably already learned of the recent SWAT team invasion of a food coop in Ohio. If not then you really need to check out This Link . Now let me take a moment to express my feelings on this issue.

The times we live in are scary, really scary. Often times I am labeled a conspiracy theorist for not accepting the prevalent popular disinformation that mass media and governments spoon feed to us on a daily basis, as such I am sometimes considered a heretic, someone who does not accept the truth as it is ever apparent to those in society with a better grasp (in their mind) of what reality really is.

You know what; it's probably the truth that I am viewed in that light and I am fine with that, more importantly I am proud of that.

If you can really read mainstream news articles every day, watch the big three news reports, and believe a single word of what any war mongering American or European politician feeds to you, I truly feel sorry for you. If you believe for one second that the new sitting president is any different from the previous cluster fuck, I feel sorry for you. It is true to some extent that the greatest trick the devil ever pulled was convincing man he did not exist.

We live in a world undergoing rapid change. There is a force in this world that 95% of Americans and Europeans do not believe exists and that force is slowly eroding our human experience, we are in effect surfs and cattle, and I for one will not stand for it any longer.

Every day more and more people wake up to "The Real" that surrounds them and they shake off the diluted "American Dream" that we are drugged up to believe is real, everyday the elite moves closer to end game, and every day I come one step closer to ultimate truth, I'll let you decide what that truth is, this is our journey and each individual must choose his willingness to participate in these matters.

All one really needs to know is as follows:
There is very real evil in this world. Every coincidental moment you see or hear in the media is related. There are people in this world that own you and your family and are now trying to redeem the value. And most importantly, now is the time to stop this bullshit and take back what is ours. Revolution or enslavement? You make the choice. Stop the GMO's, Stop False Flag events, Stop the rape and pillage of our economies and governments, and stop the oncoming onslaught of fascism and totalitarianism. It is only you who can decide how to contribute to this growing contingency of society, a society that operates much like the one that Thomas Jefferson once dreamed of instead of the society of consumerism and complacency that prevails in America and Europe and all around the world today. Stop forcing your religion, stop forcing your bias, stop forcing your will, stop your racism, stop your bigotry, and look around at your world and tell me, come look me in the eyes, and tell me that there isn't something way bigger than you and I and our differences inhibiting our ability to live healthy and productive and meaningful lives. Bill Hicks once said "Life is a dream and we are an illusion of ourselves." To me, no words have ever rang truer.

Now, I know what some of you are thinking; "This makes a lot of sense, now I understand what he is all about, he is a crack pot conspiracy theorist." and that is fine by me. Like it our loathe it I don't really care. I am a strange breed of human that doesn't see the lines that divide countries, the colors that divide humans, the religions that divide people, the national pride the prevents each and every man, woman, and child from enjoying the whole of the human experience. I am a humanist, I am a spiritual being. I care. I have made a decision long ago to stand my ground against incidents like what we see above. I have made a decision to fight the war for the complete freedom of mankind from those very same kings and overlords who professed ownership over mankind throughout all of human history. I AM.

Now, food security can be an issue, but in a society where GMO corn openly is allowed to cross pollinate with my seed, in a world where a corporation can profess ownership over living beings (are you aware that people have already placed intellectual copyrights on human genes) and where presidents of industrial weapons companies can set in political office dictating policy while murdering liars can be presidential advisers, in a world where people live in fear of terrorist events set into place by governments decades ago and covered by plausible deniability,in a world where processed food and unnatural carcinogenic preservatives are feed to us daily, in a world where tap water is quickly becoming more dangerous than smoking, in a world where a sitting government can ignore the suffering of an entire city for days on end during a natural disaster, I don't believe for a second that the government has the right to interfere with a private farmer and his organization in a manner that is the equivalent of shutting down a Meth lab, and I will be damned if this country is going to let food go the way of the war on drugs( drugs are good for you as long as we can tax and control them) We will not have a food system based on this preposterous idea, we won't have a government based on tyranny, and we will stand up and fight for what is right in our world.

The truth is that I stand up for what I believe in. I speak my mind. I think for myself and question authority and no one will take that from me. If you don't stand up for these people, for the treatment they were given, you could be next and who will stand for you. The war is coming to your home, it is time to prepare. The economic collapse is the catalyst for what is coming, hold on to something, the shit is coming down and if you think your pocket book hurts now, wait and see how your ass feels in a year.

This will not end until we end it.
