And this says it all. His actions alone should raise red flags everywhere to everyone. Not to mention Rahm Emanuel and his dual Israeli/U.S. Citizenship and terrorist ties! Conflict of interest much? You wanted change? Well you got it. Take a moment, open your eyes and look at the amount of corruption surrounding the Obama administration in just it's first month in office! This guy is no better than George Bush! They are essentially one in the same! I won't even get into the "stimulus" package and it's fallacies! All I can say is here is your new messiah. The alchemical king!
edit: to some this may have sounded harsh. If so I am sorry, but I can only call things as I see them. I have it in me to always question authority and I will continue to do so. I should have clarified that by "messiah" I was refering to the almost religious "ferver" that tends to surround him at all times, something that I find absolutely disgusting in any authoritarian figure, as should all if they wish to see things as they truly are.

Well my friend, I am sorry if I "disappoint" you. I'm not always every one's cup of tea, that is for sure. While world net daily may not always be a reliable source of information and this is the first time I have used them as a source, the story has been echoed all over the net so I felt it worthy of mention. I will definitely use the other source in the future, thanks for the link.
My opinions on Obama are just my opinions, there is just too much floating around this administration, just as there was around Bush for my taste. I'm sorry if my post has offended you, but since I call things as I see them I can't help but post my thoughts on the subject. Obama is no better and is no worse than the last 8 presidents that have proceeded him, he is just part of the larger game from my point of view.
Now, while I too laugh at the "survival seed" packages and sponsors of many web-sites, I cannot avoid and or ignore relevant and pertinet information contained on web-sites with similar adds, particularly when their stories are verifiable (this doesn't include world net daily as I don't regularly visit them) however I have to realize that commercialism is part of any large endeavour in the world of the media and the claims there in are no different than those carried in any other advertisement in the mainstream media.
I guess that what I am getting at is that I do believe that people have put far to much stock in Obama and that I am dissapointed by the rapid growth of the U.S. federal government and their programs, the people that Obama has associated himself with, his stance on the war on terror and the war in Afganistan, his corporate bedfellows, and his stance on the economy. I think most people should be, they don't have to be, and they certainly don't have to agree with me, but the truth is that I am very passionate about the ideals that built our country and the way that they could have evolved to benefit everyone while also preserving our rights and liberties and I feel betrayed by my own country.
Obama, in my opinion, is doing nothing to reverse the damage done to our country over the past 60-70 years and going back a little further than that, back to Woodrow Wilson. In this regard I am dissapointed, but then again, I didn't have high hopes for him (or anyone else in the election) to begin with.
I'm not a republican, I'm not a democrat, I'm just a human being calling things as I see them, and within Obama I see the ability of a man able to cross a line that has never been crossed in this country, while the mainstream refuses to question him.
In closing, I am dissapointed with government in general and their inability to effectively do their job and work for the people, not rob them of their rights, liberty, happiness, property and more in the name of their corporate banking buddies and puppeters in the shadows.

I'm with you. I am neither pro or anti Obama. If he can cross a line, it should be in our direction, while the fervor has a hold on so many, not cross the line in the other direction where he will become mundane at best. Too soon to tell but indications are he is crossing in the wrong direction.
Being from Chicago itself, I can say, a couple of his homegrown appointees are going to spell disaster for this nation. Arne Duncan namely. Militarization of this city's high schools is in full swing. Watch out.
I'm not offended! No need to be defensive. See, your reply to my comment contains the actual substance of your point, is valid and intelligent. I got more out of reading that than the original post. What I was disappointed in was that the original post appeared to have no point, no substance, seemed like nothing more than youthful "authority bashing" and a parroting a tired, old and disproved right-wing smear campaign. You're better than that! Whether I agree or not, I value true intellectual discourse. Its not a matter of being my cup of tea, I drink coffee anyways:-)
